My Saratoga spa continues to not start with the jets when it is cycling on its own. Therefore the heater as I understand it does not come on as a safety feature so the temperature drops. I can push the jet button and it clicks but will not start. I can click the button a time or two then wait and the tub comes back on and the heater starts working and it may last a day or two then the same thing happens.

Is this some type of capacitor that needs to be replaced?

Please advise if you can help me so I can replace the necessary part.
