I just bought a new 471 Maax Spa (my 2nd coleman spa) and I need some help with service. In the 1st 48 hours the spa overheated and the wires and electrical panel were fried. There is a leak and the insulation is soaked. They have ordered a part and will be back to fix leak once part comes in. The leak is being considered as warranty but I still had to pay mileage and labor for the service call in addition to the replacement cost of new board. They said it isn't covered because they don't think the wires were tightened properly upon installation. So after giving them another 1200 dollars today we tried to use the spa for the 2nd time and now the blower doesn't work! I don't know what to do as the dealer has not been courteous let alone helpful. I'm am looking for advice and suggestions on any possible options to get this resolved.
